Job Descriptions- Responsible for recruit permanent and long-term contract staff to support all division.
- Prepare jobs advertisement for posted on recruitment channels on JobThai, JobsDB, Facebook and etc.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from source candidate, pre-screen interview, arrange schedule interview, and making job offer.
- Coordinate with hiring manager to understand their staffing needs and requirement.
- Provide and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process.
- Support and work together with payroll about related information of newcomer and resigned for wage calculation.
- Prepare and follow up probation and on the job training of new employee from each division.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science or related field.
- Minimum 0–2 years of experiences in recruitment or a similar HR role.
- Good command in spoken and written English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Canva.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
