Job Descriptions
1.ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้แทนฝ่ายบริหารในการควบคุมและดูแลระบบบริหารคุณภาพ ISO9001 หรือระบบอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น ISO14001, IATF16949) 2.วางแผน จัดทำ และทบทวนเอกสารระบบคุณภาพ เช่น คู่มือคุณภาพ (Quality Manual), นโยบายคุณภาพ, ขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงาน (SOP/WI) 3.ประสานงานกับทุกแผนกเพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของระบบคุณภาพ 4.ดำเนินการติดตามผลการตรวจติดตามภายใน (Internal Audit) และการตรวจจากหน่วยงานภายนอก (External Audit) 5.วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและวางแผนการแก้ไข/ป้องกันเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบบริหารคุณภาพ 6.รายงานผลการดำเนินงานของระบบคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหาร และจัดประชุมทบทวนฝ่ายบริหาร (Management Review) 7.ให้คำปรึกษาและฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับระบบคุณภาพแก่พนักงานในองค์กร 8.ดูแลระบบควบคุมเอกสารและบันทึกตามข้อกำหนดของมาตรฐาน
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำหรือดูแลระบบบริหารคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบ ISO9001:2015 (หากมีความรู้ด้าน ISO14001, IATF16949 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  4. มีประสบการณ์เป็น Auditor/Internal Auditor จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหา และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
  6. สามารถจัดทำเอกสารและรายงานได้อย่างมีระบบ
  7. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียดรอบคอบ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
  8. เคยทำ Smeta มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
