Job Descriptions
1. Evaluate customer demand and forecast to properly develop plant scheduling and ensure 100% ship window compliance. 2. Distribute the production plan and cooperate with other sections to achieve the weekly plan. 3. Adjust an order with a customer about the can't support requirements. 4. Compare PO and Production Plan. 5. Simulation capacity report to manager for considering a capacity change. 6. Issue a report about capacity per month and report to the concerned section. 7. Issue Serial No. of Machine to the Production line. 8. Implement and Kaizen action which concerns the Planning job.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields (Management, International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics).
  2. 2–5 years of experience in production control or a related field.
  3. Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  4. Good communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  5. Negotiate and Problem-solving skills.
  6. Leadership to cooperate with others.
  7. Mental Toughness to go through hard work under pressure.
  8. Enthusiasm to try to improve self-skill.
