Job Descriptions
1.Plan production activities to meet organizational targets in terms of both output quantity and product quality. 2.Control and allocate manpower efficiently to match production plans and ensure labor costs are within acceptable levels. 3.Analyze and continuously improve production plans to enhance productivity and reduce waste. 4.Monitor and control material usage to align with standard cost, and ensure accurate tracking of actual consumption. 5.Strictly follow instructions and assignments from supervisors, and ensure all tasks are completed as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electronics, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields).
  2. Minimum 15 years of experience in PCB manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a managerial role.
  3. Strong knowledge of PCB production processes such as Drilling, Plating, AOI, Etching, and Surface Finish
  4. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  5. Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001,
  6. Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  7. Able to work under pressure and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
