Job Descriptions
Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure (both On-Premise and Cloud), IT support
functions, and resources to provide high-quality services to users.
• Oversee and ensure IT projects are effectively monitored, reviewed, and implemented
from inception to delivery—on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder
expectations.
• Plan, maintain, and coordinate periodic audits of IT networks and infrastructure,
including IT/network equipment, Cloud/On-Premise servers, software licensing,
backups, and disaster recovery policies.
• Prevent and resolve any security concerns that may pose risks to the business.
• Maintain infrastructure facilities, system performance, and capacity to ensure
adequate resources for delivering IT services to the business.
• Plan and direct the technical and design aspects of IT infrastructure.
• Manage the IT infrastructure team and vendors to maintain infrastructure components
(Servers – On-Premise/Cloud, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Data Centers, Data
Backups).
• Oversee network and endpoint monitoring, plan resources for high availability, and
support high-traffic IT infrastructure and data requirements.
• Collaborate with application owners and managers to ensure application availability,
data security, and data integrity.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain infrastructure configurations, server, and system
errors.
• Develop specifications, standards, and documentation for the infrastructure.
• Participate in technical research and development to support ongoing innovation
within the infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field, with at least 2–5 years of experience in a management-level role.
- Experience in OPEX/CAPEX planning.
- Experience with global/regional infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in cloud computing services (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN/WAN/VPN).
- Experience in IT/Cloud Security, Risk Assessment, and Vulnerability Assessment.
- Familiarity with IP Telephony and Unified Communication.
- Understanding of the ITIL incident management process or ITIL certification is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
