Job Descriptions
1. Recruitment and placement: formulate recruitment plans, publish recruitment information, screen resumes, arrange interviews, handle onboarding procedures, establish talent reserves, etc.
2. Employee contract management: responsible for the signing, renewal, change, and termination of employee labor contracts.
3. Administrative affairs management:
(1) Document processing: responsible for the drafting, review, distribution, and filing of official documents.
(2) File management: establish and maintain company personnel files, contract files, license files, etc.
(3) Meeting management: organize and arrange company meetings, including meeting notices, venue arrangements, meeting minutes, etc.
(4) Logistics support: responsible for the procurement, distribution, and management of office supplies, as well as office environment maintenance, vehicle management, reception of visitors, etc.
(5) Other administrative work
