Job Descriptions
Project: Rollout Hardware Replacement & Windows 11
Coordinate and support the rollout of hardware replacement and Windows 11 upgrade projects across departments or branches.
Plan and schedule deployment activities in collaboration with IT teams and vendors.
Ensure hardware and software readiness prior to installation.
Act as a liaison between IT teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and report issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in IT coordination or hardware/software deployment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
