Job Descriptions
บัญชีรายจ่าย -ตรวจสอบและอนุมัติการทำจ่ายเจ้าหนี้ -ตรวจสอบการชำระภาษีซื้อประจำเดือน -ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเช็คจ่ายเจ้าหนี้ -ตรวจสอบการเบิกจ่ายเงินสดย่อย(Petty cash) บัญชีรายรับ -ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องการวางบิล การเปิดบิลให้คนไข้และลูกค้า -ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการบันทึกข้อมูลการเปิดใบแจ้งหนี้/ใบเสร็จรับเงินในระบบของบริษัท -ตรวจสอบการชำระเงิน ด้านตรวจสอบข้อมูลธนาคาร -วางแผนการเงิน -ทำ Bank Reconcile -ดูแลเรื่อง Cashflow สภาพคล่องของบริษัท ต้นทุนการผลิต -ตรวจสอบคำนวณตันทุนของแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์และรายงานผู้อำนวยการ ทำรายงานเสนอผู้บริหาร -ตรวจสอบงบการเงินรายเดือน และงบการเงินประจำปี และรายงานทางการเงินเพื่อการบริหาร
Qualifications
  1. ขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรีด้านบัญชี
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านทำบัญชีการเงินอย่างน้อย 8 ปี โดยหากมีประสบการณ์ระดับผู้จัดการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  3. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ถูกต้อง แม่นยำ
  4. ทำงานเป็นทีม มีน้ำใจ
  5. ซื่อสัตย์ รับผิดชอบงาน
  6. อดทนต่อแรงกดดัน
  7. สุภาพ ใจเย็น
  8. ใฝ่หาความรู้ใหม่ๆ
  9. มีไหวพริบในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  10. ขึ้นทะเบียนผู้จัดทำบัญชีแล้ว
  11. ภาษาอังกฤษ พูด อ่าน เขียน พอใช้
  12. ทักษะด้าน Computer MS Office
  13. หากมีความรู้และประสบการณ์การใช้ระบบ ERP (SAP,Win Speed,B-Plus ฯลฯ) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
