Job Descriptions
1. Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements from various departments and
translate them into clear and actionable system requirements.
2. Collaborate with project teams to define the scope of system functionalities or core
processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Validate the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of requirements and system
functionality; participate in SIT and UAT testing with users, clients, or other project teams to
ensure business needs are met.
4. Plan and design test scenarios and test cases effectively to support comprehensive system
testing.
5. Analyze and design system workflows using diagrams such as Business Process, Activity
Diagram, and Use Case; develop initial wireframes to illustrate system behavior clearly.
6. Act as a liaison between business units and development teams to clarify requirements,
resolve issues, and prioritize system features or enhancements.
7. Monitor the effectiveness of newly implemented systems and provide recommendations for
ongoing improvements to optimize business performance.
8. Support user training and prepare user manuals for new systems or features to ensure smooth
adoption.
9. Research and explore new technologies related to customer experience, data-driven
solutions, and digital transformation to propose innovative applications for the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, especially in industries such as Call Center, CRM, or E-commerce.
- Strong skills in creating system analysis documentation and effective communication with both developers and end-users.
- Basic understanding of database structure and ability to extract data for analysis or system design reference.
- Solid business process understanding and ability to propose technology-based improvements.
- Experience in project coordination, software testing, and task prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, and a positive mindset.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Workflow Systems, or BI tools is a plus.
