Job Descriptions
1.Create, control and standardize production process.
2.Ensure smooth operation of the production line.
3.Oversee efficiency productivity, maintenance systems, budget control, and cost
4.Coordinate the production workflow for all products.
5.Resolve issues that occur on the production line.
6. Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and ensure on-time
7. Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production demands.
8.Assign workers and staff to reach production operations.
9. Monitor work performance to ensure timely completion.
10.Follow other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Male / Female.
- Age 38 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor degree of Engineer or related.
- Experience in control production assembly line at least 5 years. (Management level) (Electronics Manufacturing would be advantage)
- Good knowledge about ISO/IATF16040 , ISO 14001 system.
- Good command in English , Japanese would be advantage.
