Job Descriptions
- Control all HR & ADM departments. - Recruiting - Payroll - Training - Labor relations - Benefits - Administration - Contact government agencies - Can calculate salary by system SAP Taiwan - Collect and monitor monthly KPI results for presentation to management. - Control general administration - Controlling activities for employees in companies. - Control employee satisfaction survey. - Provide advice on employee disciplinary action to supervisors. - Investigate the offense in accordance with the regulations. - Admonish and punish the offender in accordance with the regulations. - Organize monthly activities - Submit documents such as PND.1,PND.1.K, SSO, Student Loan Fund, Provident Fund, etc. - Other tasks assigned - Contact government agencies and other assigned tasks
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Age 25 years and above
  3. Knowledge of labor law.
  4. ISO9001:2015 internal certificate, IATF16949:2016 internal certificate is preferred.
  5. Good communication English or Chinese language
  6. Excellent coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
  7. Work 6 days per week.
  8. Can work every Saturday
