Job Descriptions
- Support the sales team with documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain customer records and databases.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain accurate sales documents, contracts, and records.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales Admin , Sales Support function.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
