Job Descriptions
. Manage recruitment and selection process . Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation . Maintain and update employee records and databases . Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits . Assist in performance evaluation procedures . Coordinate training sessions and HR development programs . Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data . Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies . Handling VISA, Work Permit and 90 Days Report for Foreigner staff. (Non-IB Visa &WP) . Handle and renew company vehicle insurance policies and Maintenance . Responsible for compensation & benefits, Employee’s birthday and company's activities . Handing Order Uniform, Ordering office equipment, etc. . Basic accounting and Coordinate with accounting firm . Other tasks as HR & Admin Manager's assignment
Qualifications
  1. 4-6 years of experience in HR or administrative role
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using HR data.
  4. Strong hands-on experience in independently managing HR & Admin operations.
  5. Strong organizational, communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
  6. In-depth knowledge of Thailand labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance procedures.
  7. Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
