Position: Store Manager (Offline Stores) Department: Retail Operations Reports to: Area Manager Summary: Oversee store operations, train and motivate Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve sales targets. Manage staff schedules, daily reports, and inventory levels. Ensure stock quality, organization, and efficient storage. Monitor sales performance to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the store’s operations, ensuring Beauty Advisors (BAs) are trained and motivated to meet sales targets. 2. Plan and supervise staff work schedules, including shifts, daily reports, and sales summaries. 3. Provide guidance and training to the team to enhance their productivity and performance. 4. Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, quality, and efficient use of storage space. 5. Maintain organized stockrooms to facilitate easy access and minimize damages. 6. Monitor and manage in-store sales performance to meet defined targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field or higher vocational diploma (or equivalent).
At least 3-5 years of experience in Store, Stock Management, or Operations Management.
Previous experience managing teams of at least 10 people, with strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well with others, coordinate, adapt, and handle changes in the workplace.
Previous experience as a Shop Manager or Store Manager.
Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Ability to work on non-weekend shifts (5 days off per month).
Experience in beauty or fashion industries is a plus.
