Job Descriptions
- ฟังชี้แจง และสำรวจหน้างาน
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานเพื่อหาราคาวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ต่างๆ ตามแบบ
- จัดทำ BOQ งานที่ครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ที่สามารถใช้สำหรับงาน Bidding
- ตรวจแบบ ราคา ดูแลรายละเอียดงาน เพื่อเตรียมอธิบายแบบงานให้กับช่าง ผู้ควบคุมงาน Site Manager ให้เข้าใจก่อนเริ่มงานจริงที่หน้างาน
- ปรับแก้ไขราคาในส่วนของ งานลด งานเพิ่ม ได้ภายในเวลาที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- อายุ 27-45 ปี
- มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี
- สามารถอ่านแบบได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม
- ทำงานได้รวดเร็ว และถูกต้อง แม่นยำ
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานจันทร์-เสาร์ 8.30-17.00 ได้
