Job Descriptions
• Develop and plan sales strategies to achieve company targets. • Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and identify customer needs. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the Manager. • Plan and allocate customers to the sales team for their management and follow-up • Coordinate with internal departments to process orders accurately and efficiently. • Provide after-sales support and address any client issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
  1. Male or female, aged 30 years or older
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry
  4. Experience in handling sales for clients who import or export goods to/from the Americas or Europe will be an advantage
  5. Good at Computing Skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  6. Able to work well under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
  7. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Good English reading and writing and spoken
