Job Descriptions
- Responsible for managing and implementation of all operations and customer service in freight forearding and customs clearance.
- Provide the Coaching, Mentoring, Training to Staff to Develop their Skills.
- Support Sales Team for keeping the existing customers and approaching new customers.
- Ensure the Performance of Costing, Selling, Profit in the Business Target Achievement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Over 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding and/or Customs Clearance businesses.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Freight Customer Service & Operations including both import and export.
- Highly Leadership and Problem Solving Skill.
- Good command of English
- Chinese Language is an advantage.
