Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for LesPark UGC content operations, including content supply optimization and improving the overseas community content ecosystem. 2. Identify user content needs, continuously track trends and hot topics relevant to overseas users, and capture and amplify viral content. 3. Implement tiered operations for quality authors and provide content standards guidance to support and develop benchmark authors. 4. Ensure content compliance with local regulations: timely follow up on content supervision rules and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
  1. Understand local Thai culture, familiar with overseas social content ecosystems, and have insight into content marketing trends and strategies.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above, have HSK and relevant overseas operation experience.
  3. Result-oriented, self-motivated, and possess good communication and collaboration skills.
  4. Basic video editing and Photoshop skills are a plus.
