Job Descriptions
- Record purchase and sales invoices. - Prepare payment vouchers. - Prepare receipt vouchers. - Prepare VAT reports for purchases and sales. - Prepare reports for submission to government offices. - Record fixed assets. - File documents and perform other tasks as assigned. - Contact and coordinate with the Revenue Department and Department of Business Development (DBD) as assigned. - Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding tax invoices, and handle any related issues or inquiries.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female 25 - 35 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  3. At lease 1-2 years experience.
  4. Able to use Microsoft office (Excel, Power point)
  5. Able to type and write in English.
  6. Demonstrates responsibility, patience, and honesty.
