Job Descriptions
Job Responsibilities: Identify and recruit quality streamers, assist them in the signing process. Manage the live broadcast atmosphere and interaction, guide the streamer's rhythm, and engage the audience. Communicate and coordinate resources among streamers, customer service, and technical departments to ensure smooth live broadcasts. Support streamers in their work and help solve daily problems. Plan related activities to enhance platform and streamer revenue. Job Requirements:
Qualifications
  1. Familiar with various live streaming platforms, with a deep understanding of operational strategies and methods in the streaming industry, and possess personal insights into the industry.
  2. Proficient in Excel and possess basic data analysis skills.
  3. Able to discover opportunities, good at communication, proactive, and able to make plans based on the characteristics of the streamers.
  4. Preference will be given to those with resources from streamers, guilds, or MCN organizations.
  5. Good team spirit and independent learning ability, and willing to share knowledge.
  6. Language requirements: Fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in either English or Thai as a working language.
