Job Descriptions
Position Summary & Key Responsibilities: As an Administrative Staff, you will support daily operations and cross-regional collaboration. Key duties include: • Handle administrative tasks: document management in cooperating with financial accounting offices • collect information by contacting with Department of Business Registration and Revenue Department: Contact with the Thailand Business Registration Department: • Information Update: Timely report any changes to the company's registration information (such as address, business scope, equity structure, etc.) to the Business Registration Department to ensure the accuracy of corporate registration records. • Document Submission and Collection: Submit annual reports, relevant approval documents, and other materials as required, and promptly collect various certificates and documents issued by the Business Registration Department (e.g., updated business licenses). • Regulatory Consultation: Stay informed about changes in business registration laws and policies, and consult the department promptly to ensure company operations comply with legal requirements. Contact with the Revenue Department: • Tax Declaration and Payment: Accurately and timely submit all types of tax returns (including corporate income tax, VAT, etc.) to the Revenue Department, ensuring full and on-time tax payments to avoid late penalties. • Policy Interpretation and Application: Monitor updates and adjustments to tax policies relevant to the company and report them to headquarters. • Tax Audit Coordination: Actively cooperate with tax audits or inspections by providing relevant financial records, account details, etc., to ensure tax compliance. • Communicate via email in English with chinese colleague to coordinate and relay information promptly. • Proficiently use Excel for reporting and Microsoft Teams for scheduling and virtual team collaboration. • Maintain an organized electronic documents filing folder.
Qualifications
  1. Experience: At least 2-3 years of full-time administrative or coordination experience; strong learning ability is a plus.
  2. Language: Fluent in English (written and verbal), essential for daily email communication with EU/China teams.
  3. Education: Bachelor’s degree (diploma/certificate required).
  4. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Attributes: Excellent communication skills, reliability, proactivity, and a positive work attitude.
  6. A local individual with Thai ID card.
