Job Summary: The Oracle Functional Support Officer is responsible for providing end-user support and functional expertise in Oracle Applications to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The role focuses on understanding business processes, resolving functional issues, improving workflows, and supporting Oracle ERP modules including PO, AP, AR, GL, INV, OM modules Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for end users regarding functional issues in Oracle Applications for Oracle E-Business Suite. - Provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite modules in Thai Panasonic Group (e.g., PO, AP, AR, GL, INV, OM, etc.) - Analyze and troubleshoot user issues and escalate to technical team if needed - Coordinate with users across 5–6 factory sites to gather requirements and explain solutions - Participate in testing, UAT support, documentation, and user training - Work with key users and site champions to ensure continuous service improvement - Maintain master data and ensure data integrity across Oracle modules - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration and system performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
New graduates are welcome.
0–5 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Support.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP OM and Manufacturing modules is essential
Good knowledge of Oracle ERP PO, AP, AR, GL, INV modules would be an advantage.
Solid understanding of business process flows and ERP best practices.
Experience with Oracle R12 or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Able to work on occasional Saturdays.
Ability to write functional specifications and work with Power BI , SQL for data analysis or PL/SQL
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, service mind, and willingness to learn
Good command in English with writing and speaking.
Work with key users and site champions to ensure continuous service improvement
