Job DescriptionsDevelop, communicate, implement, monitor, and continuously improve operational manuals, regulations, guidelines, training materials, and other related documentation to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
Plan and manage the annual training calendar for staff development, covering both store operations and support functions, using appropriate delivery formats (onsite and online).
Monitor, evaluate, analyze, summarize, and report training results, and present findings and recommendations to management.
Analyze training outcomes to design effective and relevant staff development plans.
Collaborate with the Internal Audit team and other relevant departments to identify operational gaps. Update and improve manuals, guidelines, and training materials to ensure personnel acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to perform according to organizational standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support business goals and operations.
