Job Descriptions

1.Manage daily operations in Extrude and Crushing section and QC staff . 2.Monitor KPIs to meet production targets. 3.Monitor and improve equipment performance through preventive maintenance. 4.Drive process improvements, cost control, and waste reduction. 5.Supervise the production team and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 6.Coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery timelines. 7.Plan and control production schedules, manpower, and material usage. 8.Analyze production data and report to top management. 9.Support training and development of team members to enhance performance and productivity. 10. Other tasks might be assigned.

Qualifications

Male/Female, age 33-38 years
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 5 years of working experience as a Production in plastic manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of problem-solving tools (5Why,8D report, Kaizen, TPM)
Have knowledge in production management, strong time management skills, and organization
Strong decision–making skills and a results-driven approach
Understanding of quality standards and attention to detail
Manpower management
Self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working well under pressure and tight deadlines
Can communicate in English or Japanese
Computer skill in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
