Job Descriptions
-รับสายโทรเข้า ตอบแชท อีเมลล์ช่วยเหลือลูกค้าในการแก้ไขข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับสินค้า บริการ การชำระเงิน และข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ
-ส่งต่อและติดตามข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าหรือปัญหาที่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้กับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-บันทึกคำถามและปัญหาของลูกค้าทั้งหมดลงในระบบ CRM
-โทรติดต่อลูกค้าตามความจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับคำถามหรือปัญหาที่ลูกค้าต้องการความช่วยเหลือ
Qualifications
- วุฒิม.6 ขึ้นไป อายุระหว่าง 24-40 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ Call center Inbound อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะในด้านการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถทำ OT ได้
- ไม่มีปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ
