Job Descriptions
1. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย • รับคำสั่งซื้อจากลูกค้า • เตรียมข้อมูลใบเสนอราคาส่งให้บัญชี • ติดตามการสั่งซื้อจนจบกระบวนการ 2. ติดต่อประสานงานลูกค้า • ตอบไลน์ / อีเมล (ตอบให้ไวที่สุด ) • ให้ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นกับลูกค้า • ส่งรูปสินค้า / ราคา / ตอบคำถามทั่วไป 3. ประสานงานภายในบริษัท • แจ้งฝ่ายผลิต/คลังสินค้าเรื่องคำสั่งซื้อ • ติดตามสถานะสินค้าและแจ้งลูกค้า ⸻ ลักษณะของคนที่เหมาะกับตำแหน่งนี้ • มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี • ใช้โปรแกรม Excel / Word / ระบบ ERP ได้ • ละเอียดรอบคอบกับเอกสาร • แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี • ถ้ามีความรู้ด้านการขายหรือเข้าใจสินค้าประเภทแพคเกจจิ้ง จะดีมาก
Qualifications
  1. จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  2. เพศ / หญิง อายุ 25 - 45 ปี
  3. ชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ตลอดเวลา
  4. ทำงานเร็วทำงานไว แต่รอบคอบ
  5. มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดีกับทีมงาน และลูกค้า
  6. สามารถตอบแชทล่วงเวลาได้
  7. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาจีนได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี การติดต่อสื่อสารได้ดี เรียนรู้และเปิดรับสิ่งใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
  9. มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ในการพัฒนาสายงาน
  10. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และทักษะการต่อรอง
  11. การติดต่อสื่อสารได้ดี เรียนรู้และเปิดรับสิ่งใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
