Job Descriptions
-ตรวจสอบเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบส่งของ, ใบสำคัญจ่ายให้ถูกต้องตาม PO
-บันทึกบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ในระบบ ERP (SAP, Oracle หรือเทียบเท่า)
-จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุเจ้าหนี้ (AP Aging Report)
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ, คลังสินค้า และซัพพลายเออร์
-ควบคุมรอบการจ่ายเงิน, เครดิตเทอม และเตรียมเอกสารการจ่าย
-จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีให้พร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในสายบัญชี AP อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี (หากเคยทำในโรงงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ใช้ Excel และระบบ ERP ได้ดี (หากเคยใช้ SAP / Oracle จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และมีวินัยในการจัดการเอกสาร
- สื่อสารภาษาจีน หรือ ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับสื่อสาร
- สามารถเดินทางมาปฏิบัติงานเองได้และสะดวกทำงาน 6วัน/สัปดาห์
