Job Profile : Sales Specialist (Sales Direction) Reporting Line: You will report directly to -Head of Sales , Vice President Job Purpose : We are looking for a passionate and goal-driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our products to existing and prospective customers, while helping us reach our ambitious business targets. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and turning opportunities into successful deals - this role is for you. 4. Key Responsibilities 4.1 Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers 4.2 Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends 4.3 Identify and pursue new sales channels or customers in line with company objectives 4.4 Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals 4.5 Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports 4.6 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships 4.7 Handle customer complaints, objections, and concerns professionally 4.8 Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements 4.9 Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with safety regulations, standards, and mandatory company policies 5. Qualifications 5.1 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field 5.2 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or a related role 5.3 Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) 5.4 Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills 6. Tools & Systems 6.1 Basic proficiency in SAP 6.2 Experience using CRM systems for customer and sales pipeline management 7. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or a related role
  3. Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  4. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  5. Tools & Systems : Basic proficiency in SAP
  6. Experience using CRM systems for customer and sales pipeline management
  7. Working hours : Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 or as agreed
  8. Company vehicle provided for business use
  9. Able to travel both domestically and internationally when required
