Job Descriptions
Representative, Medical Sales – South Team Stryker Ortho CSSD Product : Hygiena/ Ecolab/ Power tool   General Responsibilities • Achieve the agreed sales target with agreed budget • Strengthen relationship with Key users to maximize selling opportunity • Follow up on product deliveries, replacement of goods returns as well as wrong product deliveries • Well communicate of features and benefits of the responsible product and/or services • Develop sales productivity process to ensure sales target achievement. • Support other functions and organize internal operations to satisfy customers’ needs • Perform other tasks assigned by the superiors 
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Science or related fields.
  2. 1 -2 years of experience in sales or related fields is a plus
  3. Have a car and driver's license
  4. Able to work in up country
  5. If have experience in medical devices sale will be special for consideration. Functional skills and knowledge
  6. Knowledge of Pharmacist industry , Medical devices , Medical Supplies 
  7. Problem Solving & Decision-Making skill
  8. Negotiation Skill
  9. Result OrientedSoft skills
  10. Interpersonal skill
