Finance
1. Plan and control the annual budget
2. Analyze financial data and performance reports
3. Manage cash flow and liquidity
4. Handle tax planning and audit documentation
5. Implement cost accounting and break-even analysis
Recruitment
6. Post job ads, screen candidates, and schedule interviews
7. Coordinate with department heads to define job requirements
8. Manage online and offline recruitment channels
9. Follow up on candidate status and probation outcomes
Payroll & Compensation
10. Calculate and process salaries, OT, bonuses, and commissions
11. Submit tax forms and social security contributions
12. Manage payslips and employee payroll records
13. Report payroll expenses to management

6. ลงประกาศ รับสมัคร คัดกรอง และนัดสัมภาษณ์
7. ประสานงานกับหัวหน้างานเพื่อเข้าใจความต้องการตำแหน่ง
8. ดูแลช่องทางหางานทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
9. ติดตามผลผู้สมัครและการทดลองงาน
ด้านเงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ (Payroll & Compensation)
10. คำนวณและจ่ายเงินเดือน OT โบนัส และค่าคอมมิชชั่น
11. จัดทำและยื่นแบบภาษี/ประกันสังคม
12. ดูแลสลิปเงินเดือนและฐานข้อมูลพนักงาน
13. สรุปค่าใช้จ่ายด้านเงินเดือนให้ฝ่ายบริหาร
Qualifications
- Nationality: Myanmar (Burmese) with valid work permit (if working outside of Myanmar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or ACCA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance, preferably in FMCG, trading, manufacturing, or cross-border operations.
- Strong understanding of Myanmar and/or Thai accounting and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); ability to communicate professionally across teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Conversational Thai speaking ability is a plus.
