Job Descriptions
- Manage strategy to sales achieve and spending control under the given budget and balance pricing of key accounts.
- Channel development in both existing channel and new channel exploring.
- Maintain good relationship with customers. Make field visit and solve business problems.
- Special job assignment upon request.
- Accountable for Business plan setting and achieving under company direction.
- Grow the business and market share of Tipco brand in all channels under the budget in both top and bottom line.
- Negotiation of trade agreement and maximize the. efficiency of SE payment and control the spending under the budget.
- Analyze the portfolio of promotional activity against both financial and strategic criteria and enhance sales and market share.
- Conduct marketing campaign evaluation, review business plan, year-to-date sales and business problems with key customers.
- Managing and implementation of the category strategy for new product launch plans and ensuring implementation.

Qualifications
- เพศชายและหญิง
- Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Key Account 3-5 year in FMCG , Trade Marketing, or related field.
- Multi-task, cross functional, self-motivation, and positive working attitude Analytical skill, forward thinking, good problem solving Communication and presentation in English will be preferable Able to establish strong relationship and interact effectively.
- Excellent skills in selling and negotiation and able to work under pressure.
