Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent is highly preferred
•Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
•Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax laws, and local statutory requirements.
•Experience in managing teams and implementing finance processes and workflows.
•Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Good command of English and Thai (written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities: •Financial Management & Reporting oOversee all accounting and financial operations, including month-end and year-end close processes. oEnsure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS). oManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. oMonitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger accuracy. oProcessing of commission and handling of confidential matters. •Taxation & Compliance oEnsure full compliance with Thai tax laws including VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, and other statutory requirements. oLiaise with the Revenue Department, auditors, and other regulatory bodies as necessary. oPrepare and file all necessary statutory returns and ensure timely tax submissions. •Internal Controls & Process Improvement oDevelop, document, and implement robust accounting policies, internal controls, and procedures. oStreamline finance processes to improve accuracy, productivity, and efficiency. oIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency. •Team Leadership oLead and mentor the finance and accounting team, including performance management and training. oAllocate tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met and workloads are balanced. oPromote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the team. •Cross-Functional Collaboration oWork closely with other departments to support business operations and project planning. oSupport external and internal audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
