Job Descriptions
- To manage the procurement of agricultural raw materials from local producers in the Philippines. - Conducting on-site quality inspections to ensure raw materials meet the company's standards in term of quality, cost-effectiveness, and suitability for production. - Collaborating with related department such as planning, accounting, quality control and production. - Weekly Report to Manager.
Qualifications
  1. Age: 28-45 years.
  2. Strong negotiation, communication and supplier relationship management skills.
  3. Understanding of raw material cost structures and ability to plan strategic sourcing.
  4. Familiarity with agricultural supply chains.
  5. Basis knowledge of agricultural raw materials quality indicators, such as freshness, color, brix, pH and weight.
  6. Proficient in basic computer programs such as Ms. Office.
  7. Experience with ERP or procurement systems is advantage.
  8. Able to prepare analytical reports and track purchase status clearly and effectively.
  9. Willing to travel to rural areas and communicate directly with farmers and producers.
  10. Able to work proactively and adapt to changing conditions on the ground.
  11. Open to learning and collaborating to develop sourcing sites and suppliers.
  12. Highly responsible and Honest.
