Job Descriptions
1.ดูแลและพัฒนาช่อง TikTok และ Facebook ของบริษัท 2.วางแผนและสร้างสรรค์คอนเทนต์ที่น่าสนใจ เช่น บ้าน-คอนโด ให้เช่า/ขาย 3.อัปเดตข่าวสารอสังหาฯ ทำโพสต์สม่ำเสมอ เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้แบรนด์ (Brand Awareness) 4.ถ่ายทำ / ตัดต่อวิดีโอเบื้องต้น หรือประสานงานกับทีมกราฟิก / เอเจนซี่ 5.ดูแลภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ให้ทันสมัย น่าเชื่อถือ และเป็นมืออาชีพ 6.รายงานผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากโซเชียลมีเดีย (Engagement / Reach)
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 22 – 35 ปี
  2. มีประสบการณ์ดูแล Social Media (โดยเฉพาะ TikTok / Facebook)
  3. เข้าใจพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคในโลกออนไลน์
  4. สามารถใช้เครื่องมือตัดต่อเบื้องต้น เช่น CapCut, Canva, Premiere ได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  5. เลือกหาช่องทางการสื่อสารออนไลน์ ช่องทางใหม่ๆ
  6. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มั่นใจตนเอง
  7. หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์ หรือเคยทำเพจเอง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. สามารถปฏิบัติงาน สัปดาห์ละ 6 วัน จันทร์-เสาร์ เวลา 10.00-18.00 น. ได้
