Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำการประเมินและคัดเลือกผู้ขาย พร้อมจัดเก็บข้อมูลผู้ขายและตรวจสอบคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์ 2. ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับด้านการจัดซื้อของบริษัท และดำเนินการจัดซื้อตามแผนและความต้องการ 3. สำรวจ วิเคราะห์ และประเมินตลาด เพื่อควบคุมต้นทุน และกำหนดช่วงเวลา/ปริมาณการจัดซื้ออย่างเหมาะสม 4. จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ ติดตามสถานะการผลิตและกำหนดเวลาส่งมอบของผู้ขาย 5. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า เพื่อรับเข้าและตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า 6. ควบคุมคุณภาพการจัดซื้อ และสนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการตรวจสอบ รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างใช้งาน 7. จัดเก็บและบริหารสัญญา เอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อ 8. ดำเนินการคืนสินค้าในกรณีสินค้ามีปัญหา พร้อมเรียกร้องค่าชดเชยจากผู้ขายเมื่อจำเป็น 9. รับผิดชอบการตรวจสอบบัญชีเจ้าหนี้กับผู้ขาย การรวบรวมใบแจ้งหนี้ และยื่นคำขออนุมัติการชำระเงิน 10. งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิงหรือชาย,LGBTQ อายุไม่เกิน 45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส ขึ้นไป
  3. มีความสามารถด้านการ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาจีน
  4. มีประสบการณ์จัดซื้อในบริษัทต่างชาติมาแล้วอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  5. หากมีใบขับขี่จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
