Job Responsibilities: As a Sales E-Commerce Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving online sales across digital platforms. You will engage with clients, negotiate deals, and manage the end-to-end sales process. Your role includes analyzing sales data, gathering customer feedback, and developing strategies to improve performance and expand the product portfolio. You will work closely with internal teams to support growth, using both digital and face-to-face communication channels to achieve sales targets and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Research and identify sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets. • Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and events. • Negotiate package and complete contract agreement. • Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information. • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams to develop services. • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products. • Build category-specific strategies, using the 4Ps to drive sales and improve our market position. • Achieve sales targets by proactively leveraging all communication channels including digital channels and face to face interactions for a range of allocated products, Increase GP and product portfolio by initiating opportunities to drive cross-selling / range-sell / value-based pricing. • Identify high potential accounts and determine strategies for converting prospects. Following sales protocols and procedures, generate new leads and improve/increase conversion rates and sales interactions.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  2. 1–2 years of experience in sales experience or having digital media and service sales experience is a plus.
  3. Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
  4. Computer literate and comfortable working with digital tools
  5. Experienced in managing e-commerce operations and strategy across multiple marketing places, optimizing listings, pricing and promotion.
  6. Knowledgeable in managing paid digital marketing to support online sale growth.
  7. Target-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on achieving goals.
  8. Strong in negotiation and persuasion skills to build and maintain relationship.
  9. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  10. Good understanding of the health and FMCG industries is a plus.
