[Job Responsibilities] 1. Responsible for electrical and HVAC engineering design, construction drawing preparation, project implementation tracking, etc. 2. Responsible for the selection, calculation and procurement of electrical and HVAC system equipment and materials. 3. Participate in the commissioning and operation and maintenance of electrical and HVAC systems. 4. Write relevant technical documents and reports, check project documents and technical review forms. 5. Project managers need to have solid basic knowledge of electrical HVAC, be familiar with various design specifications and standards, master design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and be able to independently complete HVAC construction drawing design. 6. Work experience: Applicants are required to have more than 5 years of MEP design work experience and have a bachelor's degree or above in building environment and energy application engineering, electrical, HVAC and other related majors. 7. Communication skills and teamwork: Applicants are required to have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with team members, Party A and construction parties to ensure accurate communication and implementation of design plans. At the same time, have a team spirit and can adapt to a high-intensity work environment

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, construction and other related professional backgrounds.
Familiar with building electrical, HVAC design, construction process and standard specifications.
Have project engineering management experience, familiar with project engineering management business, have a strong sense of standardized management, and have a certain systematized construction idea of platform engineering management;
Have strong organization and coordination skills, and be able to effectively manage and improve HVAC engineering data and documents.
Have a certain market sense and business ability, understand the HVAC market dynamics and industry competition.
