Job Descriptions
Jobs decription: Market Entry Support - Conduct in-depth market research (customer behavior, trends, competitor brands) in target countries - Identify suitable influencers, media platforms, and retail/distribution opportunities in each market - Assist in localizing brand content and communications based on cultural nuances Marketing & Campaign Execution - Plan and execute digital marketing content and campaigns (social media, email, PR, ads) targeting overseas audiences - Collaborate with creative and product teams / agency teams to develop content tailored to international consumers B2B / Partner Support - Create marketing toolkits for overseas partners (e.g., distributors, retailers) - Coordinate marketing activations or launch campaigns with partners in target countries - Support global trade shows, pop-ups, or store openings with marketing material and PR support Analytics & Reporting - Monitor campaign performance and consumer engagement across regions - Track KPIs related to awareness, conversion, and partner success - Provide insights and recommendations to optimize global marketing strategy
Qualifications
  1. 1–3 years in marketing, branding, or international business (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
  2. Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, etc.) are a big plus
  3. Strong research, coordination, and communication skills
  4. Experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing
  5. Proactive, flexible, and culturally curious—able to juggle multiple projects across time zones
  6. Familiar with IG, TikTok, Meta Ads, and e-commerce platforms
  7. Flexible to work across time zones—occasional evening or early-morning meetings may be required
