Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic KOL marketing plans that align with the brand’s image and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
* Identify, select, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and bloggers in fashion, lifestyle, and other relevant target segments.
* Negotiate and oversee the end-to-end collaboration process with KOLs—including briefing, agreement of terms, product delivery, and content review.
* Monitor campaign performance both quantitatively e.g. reach, engagement, conversions and content quality.
* Analyze results and prepare campaign performance reports to support future improvements.
* Build and maintain a KOL database categorized by audience segment, and platform
* Stay up-to-date with KOL trends and consumer behavior to identify new, brand-aligned communication strategies.
* Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in roles related to Influencer Marketing, PR, Social Media, or the Fashion & Lifestyle industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media and digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset and passion for keeping up with fashion and lifestyle trends.
- KOL connections within the fashion and lifestyle industry are a strong advantage.
