Job Descriptions

Duties & Responsibilities: •Planning and organizing production by scheduling and assigning daily job duties to workers •Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding •Manage and provide job training to workers to meet production goals. •Maintains safety and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. •Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications. •Monitor productivity rates and product resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate. •Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. •Perform verification of production output according to specifications. •To be responsible for other duties provided by superiors. •Other tasks as assigned. Languages skills •English : Conversational •Japanese : None Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate Pluak Daeng, Rayong Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday – Friday Saturday: None)

Qualifications

Age 25-35 years
Male Gender
Bachelor/master’s degree in science, food science, environmental science, chemistry, biology only.
At least 3 years of experience as Production Control, Production Engineer from Foods or Feed Additive Manufacturing.
At least 1 year management experience as Production Leader or experience managing subordinates.
Have experience in GHP/HACCP requirements and having a Food safety knowledge & Quality mindset.
Conversational middle - high level in English. (Internal communication with international company brand)
Good Attitude and Interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship builder, excellent communication, planning and organizing skills.
Own vehicle and driving license.
Good command in English is an advantage.
