Job Descriptions
1. เปิดบิลขายในระบบ
2. ตรวจสอบการแก้ไขบิลและการลดหนี้บิลขายให้สอดคล้องกับสต๊อคและบิลซื้อ
3. ตรวจสอบหนี้ค้างชำระ และประสานงานกับเซลล์สำหรับรายงานการติดตามหนี้ค้าง
4. ตัดรับชำระหนี้ค้างในระบบ และตรวจสอบให้ตรงกับ Statement และการแก้ไขบิล
5. ตรวจสอบบิลซื้อ/บิลขายให้ครบถ้วน รายละเอียดถูกต้อง ตามรายงานภาษีซื้อ/ขาย
6. ตรวจสอบชุดรับ/ชุดจ่าย ให้ครบถ้วน รายละเอียดถูกต้อง
7. Reconcile Statement ธนาคารบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำปริญญาตรี สาขา บัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ทางด้านบัญชี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและใจเย็น
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี เช่น Express, ERP เป็นต้น
- สามารถประสานงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น, การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีทักษะการใช้ Google Drive และ Microsoft Excel
- ทำงานวันจันทร์ - เสาร์ เวลา 8.30 - 17.30
