Customer Support & Communication - Managed daily communications via email and phone with suppliers and internal teams across Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, and the local factory in Lamphun. - Identified customer needs and delivered suitable service solutions with a focus on satisfaction. - Negotiated effectively to achieve win-win outcomes for both company and clients. - Conducted on-site customer visits to address and resolve operational concerns. Delivery & Logistics Control - Processed order entries and monitored on-time deliveries while regularly updating customers on order status. - Coordinated with production teams to expedite shipments and reduce lead times. - Arranged international shipments by working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. - Adjusted or canceled delivery schedules based on customer requests. - Tracked and analyzed delivery performance, reporting monthly KPIs to leadership. Stock & Inventory Management - Uploaded and tracked sales forecasts and delivery plans to align with customer demand. - Analyzed market trends to proactively manage stock levels and avoid overstocking or shortages. - Reported stock status, including slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and proposed actions accordingly. - Coordinated with warehouse teams for inventory checks and initiated scrap proposals when needed. System Operation & Analysis - Performed daily operations using internal ERP systems to support procurement and supply chain activities. - Conducted basic market and supply analyses to support strategic planning. - Collaborated across departments and with external partners to ensure smooth workflow and aligned goals.
