Job Descriptions
•Prepare , Set-up , shut down and Change-over all VACUETTE Assembling line and confirm readiness
จัดเตรียม , ติดตั้ง , ปรับตั้ง , ปิด , และเปลี่ยนรุ่นการผลิต เครื่องจักรในแผนก/ฝ่าย และยืนยันความพร้อมของการผลิต
•Operating assembly machine start from materials/chemical supply , in process control and packing process
ควบคุมเครื่องจักร , การใช้วัตถุดิบและสารเคมี , การควบคุมคุณภาพระหว่างการผลิต รวมถึง การบรรจุภัณฑ์ ภายใต้งานที่มีคุณภาพและยอดงานที่ดี
•Supply all materials , equipment’s, and chemical solutions and VACUETTE Equipment’s control
จัดเตรียม วัตถุดิบ เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ และสารเคมี สำหรับแผนก/ฝ่าย สำหรับการผลิต รวมถึงควบคุม วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือ ของเครื่องจักร
•Perform basic maintenance and support both preventive and repair maintenance on all VACUETTE assembly lines
ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร เบื้องต้น รวมถึง สนับสนุนการดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงและซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรของฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุง
•Conduct quality control. Adjust as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.

•Documentation of quality and production data
จัดทำเอกสาร/บันทึก ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพและการผลิต
•Independent operation and troubleshooting VACUETTE assembly lines, Control and packing process under output and quality concern
ควบคุมและแก้ไขเครื่องประกอบ VACUETTE ได้ด้วยตัวเอง,ควบคุมคุณภาพระหว่างการผลิต รวมถึง การบรรจุภัณฑ์ ภายใต้งานที่มีคุณภาพและยอดงานที่ดี
•Analyze production and quality data for improvement and corrective
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต และคุณภาพ เพื่อพัฒนาและป้องกันปัญหาที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น
•Support Process Qualification/Validation
สนับสนุการตรวจรับรองกระบวนการ
•Substitute Shift Supervisor for new VACUETTE operator hand-on training on shift.
ดำเนินการแทนหัวหน้างานในการสอนงานตามโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมในกะ
•Substitute Shift Supervisor for support inventory month end check for remaining materials in
Qualifications
- at least 28 years old , อายุ 28 ปี ขึ้นไป
- At least High Vocational Certificate or equivalent จบการศึกษา ประกาศนียบัตร (ปวช.) หรือ ปวส. หรือ เทียบเท่าขึ้นไป
- At least 5 years’ experience in any production filed มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานฝ่ายผลิตทั่วไปอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- Can communication in English both Writing and Spoken. มีทักษะทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษ ทั้ง เขียน และ พูด เบื้องต้น
- Have Computer skills มีทักษะทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
- Must be able to understand and follow more complicated instructions, manual ต้องเข้าใจและสามารถปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐาน/คำแนะนำ/คู่มือ ที่ซับซ้อนได้
- Good leadership, team management, communication , presentation and coaching skills , good cooperation , Service, and quality mind มีความเป็นผู้นำที่ดี , การจัดการทีม และทำงานเป็นทีม และ ทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และทักษะการสอนงาน ให้ความร่วมมือ , มีพื้นฐานด้านคุณภาพ และ การให้บริการ
- Able to work on shift , able and prompt to work overtime as company required สามารถทำงานเข้ากะได้ สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
