Job Descriptions
1. Develop and enforce quality standards and procedures across the Android smartphone manufacturing process. 2. Lead testing teams to evaluate the performance and functionality of Android smartphones, ensuring they meet consumer expectations. 3. Analyze data from quality assessments and tests to identify trends, faults, or areas for improvement. 4. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure components meet the required quality criteria. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, design, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of quality initiatives. 6. Create and manage documentation for quality assurance processes, including testing reports and compliance certifications. 7. Monitor compliance with industry regulations and internal quality policies. 8. Handle product recalls or consumer complaints related to quality and work on corrective actions. 9. Provide leadership and mentorship to the quality team to build expertise and ensure consistent performance.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female 25 years up
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  3. Proven experience in quality management within the tech or smartphone industry
  4. In-depth knowledge of Android smartphone hardware and software systems.
  5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  6. Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  7. Leadership and team management skills.
  8. Technical resloved skill and testing logic is required.
  9. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  10. Ability to prioritize works with a good organizational skill
  11. Good communication skills both in Thai and English
