Job Descriptions
• Oversee and manage day-to-day import operations, including customs clearance, documentation, container haulage, and delivery coordination. • Supervise the Import Customer Service team to ensure accurate and timely service delivery (8 team member). • Review and verify import shipping documents; coordinate with customs clearance and compliance teams. • Submit import declarations via NSW system and handle related procedures (e.g., DG NET, import license). • Coordinate with external parties such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, government agencies (Customs, NSW, etc.), and transport providers. • Arrange transportation insurance and coordinate with transport providers for truck bookings. • Monitor and control P&L of import services, as well as manage Accounts Receivable (AR) related to import operations. • Resolve operational issues and provide professional support to clients and vendors. • Act as a liaison with the sales, business development, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and strategic alignment. • Analyze and improve workflow processes to support operational growth and efficiency. • Summarize and prepare related reports to Management Team
Qualifications
  1. Age preferably 32 - 40 years.
  2. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations (SEA and AIR), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documents and operational procedures.
  5. Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures, incoterm, and relevant systems (e.g., NSW, DG NET).
  6. Solid experience in freight forwarding, cross-border, and multimodal transport operations.
  7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
  8. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
  9. Good command of spoken and written English.
  10. Able to work at Laemchabang office – Chonburi
