Join Our Team at RealTruck as the Service Technician in Thailand! What You'll Do: As our go-to expert in pickup accessory installation, you’ll work hands-on with products such as tonneau covers, liners, bumpers, toolboxes, winches, and towing equipment. Your work will ensure each installation is completed with precision and meets the highest standards of quality, functionality, and safety. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include: •Installation: Install accessories correctly and efficiently to meet client expectations. •Maintenance: Recommend routine care and inspections to maximize product life. •Repair: Troubleshoot issues, replace faulty parts, and ensure everything works like new. •Technical Support: Advise clients on product use, care, and best practices. •Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools and your expertise to resolve technical problems. •Customer Service: Communicate clearly with customers to explain solutions and provide support. •Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and parts usage. •Team Support: Assist with other tasks as needed to support our growing business.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive accessory installation or related mechanical work.
  2. Strong knowledge of field service procedures, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  3. Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to track jobs or prepare reports.
  4. Fluent in Thai and able to confidently hold conversations in English.
  5. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.
