Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operation , including account payable, account receivable, general ledger and fixed asset. 2. Handle tax function, review sales tax & purchase tax invoice & report. 3. Month-end adjusting entry journal voucher accrued , prepaid expense and others. 4. Monthly balance sheet reconciliation. 5. Responsible for cash operation , correspondence document with bank, floorplan. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, service, to ensure accurate account recording include co-ordinate with external auditor. 7. Monitor and develop junior accounting staffs. 8. Providing support Accounting Manager for monthly statement of account, year-end closing and others as assigned by manager

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance.
Female , age not over 45.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance , preferably within the automotive industry.
Proficiency in accounting software , Express and advance excel.
