Job Descriptions
•วางแผนการผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ (Built in / Interior / งานโครงการ) ให้กระบวนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพ
•วิเคราะห์ แก้ไข ปรับปรุง กระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
•แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิต
•ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อจัดแผนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
•ติดตามและควบคุมให้แผนการผลิตเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
•จัดทำรายงานการวางแผนและผลการดำเนินงานนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ / วิศวอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวางแผนผลิตอย่างน้อย 2 ปี (ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมเฟอร์นิเจอร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรอบคอบ มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และมีแนวความคิดทันสมัย ไม่ยึดติดรูปแบบเดิม
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และคิดเป็นระบบ
