Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes -Build and optimize data systems and architecture for performance and scalability -Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across platforms -Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data needs -Guide and mentor junior data engineers and promote best practices -Participate in code reviews and technical design sessions -Identify and implement improvements in data engineering processes and tools -Support data warehousing, real-time data streaming, and cloud-based solutions
Qualifications
  1. At least Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in e.g. computer engineering, information technology, computer science, software engineer or related.
  2. At least 5-7 years of experience in data engineering or a related field, with a understanding of cloud platforms and big data technologies.
  3. Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages (Python, Scala, Java, etc.)
  4. Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  5. Experienced in working with customer or stakeholder who related.
  6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data quality and performance issues.
  7. Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and data governance best practices. Also familiar with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
  8. Excellent with Critical Thinking skill, Attention to Detail, Communication and Teamwork
  9. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with the services and tools they offer for data storage, processing, and analytics (e.g., S3, Redshift, BigQuery, Dataflow).
