Job Descriptions
Location: Laos Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Saturday) Employment Type: Full-Time Lead and Optimize Our Production Operations! We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Management to oversee daily manufacturing operations. This role is key to ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and delivers high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: •Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities and staff. •Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of targets. •Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste. •Ensure all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met. •Manage and train production team members. •Track production data and prepare regular performance reports. •Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control, logistics) to solve operational issues.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in production management or manufacturing supervision.
  3. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  4. Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
  5. Familiar with production planning, workflow optimization, and lean manufacturing practices.
  6. Proficient in basic computer software (Excel, Word); ERP knowledge is a plus.
  7. Language: Chinese or English (preferred).
